At FirstBananas, we’re building next-generation digital experiences that combine creativity, technology, and user-centred design. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces that enhance the way our users interact across our platforms.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of products that reach a global audience.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize user flows across web and mobile platforms
  • Improve existing interfaces to maximize usability, engagement, and retention
  • Develop new features and design concepts that elevate the user journey
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to communicate design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life
  • Use data and user feedback to refine and iterate on designs
  • Stay ahead of design trends and best practices to keep our experiences world-class

âś… Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web or mobile)
  • Experience in the Gaming, iGaming or FinTech industries is a huge plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design, interaction flows, and polished interfaces
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Experience working closely with development and product teams in agile environments
  • Strong understanding of user psychology and engagement strategies
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, high-quality digital products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
